2011,

“Les Enfants de l’Europe –
Messager de la Paix dans le Monde Entier”,
WOTC project,
FMACCU – partener.

The author of this project beloved by the children from many countries
is the World Organization of Talented Children,
the first international NGO with general headquarters in Moldova
and participatory status with Council of Europe.

The project is achieved through the International
Festival-Contest “Micul Print” (Little Prince).
With this project the World Organization of Talented Children
is one of the actors of the United Nations programme
(2001-2010) „Decade of the Culture of Peace and Non-violence
for the benefit of the children of the world”

1. The Festival-Contest is initiated and produced by the
World Organization of Talented Children
2. The Festival is to be managed by the WOTC,
3. Official Festival motto: “We discover,
promote and support talented children”
4. Official Festival logo: Talentele Lumii “Micul Print”
(World Talents “Micul Print”)
5. Music Festival signal – the song
“Hymn of the Festival Talentele Lumii
“Micul Print”.
6. The objective of the event – launching the new ways of communication
between cultures and people through
the most talented children from Europe.
7. Organization of the Festival:

Regulations:
I. The International Festival-Contest
of Talented Children “Micul Print”
will be composed of three sections:
1st Category: Performance of children’s songs:
for singers aged 6 to 10 years – solo;
may participate also in the dance and/or poetry test.
2nd Category: Performance of children’s and youth songs:
for singers aged 11 to 14 – solo; may participate also
in the dance and/or poetry test.
3rd Category: Performance of children’s and youth songs:
for singers aged 15 to 18– solo; may participate also
in the dance and/or poetry test.

II.Terms of participation (for 1st, 2nd and 3rd Category):

Each participant in the performers’ program must prepare a song,
a dance or a poem of his own choice.
• Eligible for participation are individual performers only,
or maximum groups of 2 persons.
• Entries may be performed either live or with pre-recorded accompaniment.
Allowed playback carriers: CD or minidisk.
• The participants in the Festival-Contest must guarantee that no one of their authors will have any further requests or demands to the Festival,
related to any fees or copyrights.
• The duration of an individual entry must not exceed 3 minutes.
• Mandatory condition: The music, lyrics and arrangement
of each entry must be appropriate to the respective age bracket.
• The songs performed should belong to any music genre
(ballad, pop-dance, dance, euro-pop, pop-rock, R&B, disco, latino etc.).
International hits are accepted.

At the 2011 edition are admitted groups of vocalists up to 6 persons,
group of dancers up to 12 persons, achordeonists, guitarists and violinists.

III. Assessment: International professional jury: 7-12 members.

IV. Awards:
The professional jury and WOTC will give
the Great Prize (Little Prince Trophy) for a boy
and a girl separately,
1st, 2nd and 3rd places for boys
and girls, separately,
as well as special prizes and other mentions:
Special Prize of the World Organization of Talented Children
Special Prize of the First Club of Council of Europe
Special Prize of Little Prince Magazine
Special Prize of Newspaper Children of Europe
Special Prize of the International Jury
Special Prize of the Children’s Jury
Special Prize of the Young Journalists Agency “AMP-International”
Special Prize of European Academy of Civil Society
Special Prize for Best Song
Special Prize for Best Dance
Special Prize for Best Poem etc.

V. The Festival is produced by the World Organization of Talented Children.
1. The Producer may release the best songs and performances on CD
and videocassettes and as part of collections.
2. Authors and performers consenting to have their material thus released
shall sign special forms conforming to international copyright standards.
3. Any audio and video material recorded during the Festival shall
be the exclusive property of the Producer.
VI. The International Festival-Contest “Micul Print”
will be advertised on both national TV and private electronic media
in Moldova, as well as via satellite television channels.
Agencies willing to promote and advertise the Festival
in other countries may receive copies of the official
promotional material, against payment.
VII. The World Organization of Talented Children
cover the accommodation and meals expenses (1 meal per day,
evening meal) for all participants
during the Festival.
The supervisors of the participants (parents, teachers etc.)
cover their expenses from their charge.
WOTC can recommend them accommodation and meals locations at lower prices.
VIII. The participants (no matter in how many tests they participate)
at the Festival will pay a participation, payable at their arrival.

IX.The organizers of the Festival invite personalities
of the European culture (composers, musicians, poets, performers etc.)
as members of the International Jury.
To each member of the Jury will be covered the meals expenses
(3 meals/day) and accommodation in hotel (5 stars).
Will be awarded diplomas (certificates) for members of
the International Jury, the trophy of the Festival.
